"Consulting" can be carried out as a rule by a host of possible methods. For this reason I would like to give you at this point an insight into the consulting procedure as conducted by LANGE CONSULTING. Transparent action is one of the decisive factors for mutually successful endeavours.
First of all I thoroughly view the situation at your company and then in cooperation with yourself determine your individual consulting requirements. Based on this analysis a strategy and measures concept is personally tailored to suit your company.
Should you then decide to continue on using my services I would commence the actual consulting procedure. In a detailed discussion of strategy we then identify your strengths and weaknesses and your position amongst your competitors. At this point I would endeavour to win your enthusiasm for positive changes and explain to you objectively the advantages to be gained in taking a critical look at time-proven structures and measures.
Armed with these details I would then within a logistics and organisation consulting start work on developing specific recommendations for improvement. These could for instance include a re-organisation of business processes, a material flow and stock level optimisation right up to the renovation of the existing logistics facility.
The target is the development of a concept to achieve, on the one hand, the reduction of costs and on the other hand the simultaneous optimisation of business processes together with the best capability of your company to meet customers' demands and market realities.
As soon as the comprehensive final consulting documentation is complete, it is not rare that consultants declare their work as finished and leave their customers alone with the actual implementation.
