Interim management
LANGE CONSULTING assumes responsibility for implementation in project management, if required by the customer, up to interim management. Especially in the case of organisational adjustments resulting from a project, such continuity in the flow of project work into the line organisation can be very useful.
In this case, LANGE CONSULTING puts a temporary, acting interim manager at your disposal to take over the corresponding line function at the customer's plant. This way, necessary changes can be sustainably implemented and the organisation enabled to meet future requirements arising from the continuous change process.
This service as a rule comprises all the tasks of this line function which may be carried out by an external partner, as well as the training of the permanent job owner at the customer's plant, as soon as this person has been appointed.
This interim management is usually carried out personally by the LANGE CONSULTING project manager who is responsible for the project up to its implementation readiness.
